PELATIHAN MERANCANG USAHA BAGI PEMUDA DAN PEMUDI DI DESA WIRINGTASI, KECAMATAN SUPPA, KABUPATEN PINRANG

Abstract

The objectives of this program are: “Making business plans for young man and women in the village”. The implementation methods are: (a)socialization, (b)providing material, (c)participatory, (d)games. The program was implemented in Wiringtasi Village, Suppa District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi. Implementation of the program from June to November 2021 by involving 20 young men and women.The average trainee is 20 years old with a high school education level (80%). The average activity was attended by 19 participants (95%). This indicates that this activity is in great demand and the enthusiasm of the participants is very good. The results of achieving the level of participants' abilities are: new knowledge in terms of identifying local natural resources, finding business opportunities, creating and starting new businesses, sources of capital, and business design. The potential to earn income by entrepreneurship is very promising to be developed further. Knowledge of making business plans can be used to start a business and find sources of capital or business development. Future development requires support from the business climate and capital from the local government. The spirit of developing entrepreneurship among young people and women needs to be continuously developed through coaching and mentoring/incubation as well as partnership development (capital sources) to be able to truly realize entrepreneurs who are ready to be independent.
