Abstract

PkM activities carried out in this service are processing purple sweet potatoes into ice cream for partner communities to increase farmers' income in Tana Toa Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that farmers can take advantage of cultivated purple sweet potatoes that do not know the season and are widely available around the village into other products (ice cream) which if sold can increase the income of the partner community.
