ALTERNATIF PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN BIJI KARET SEBAGAI PRODUK OLAHAN EMPING, DI DESA BONTOMANGIRI,KECAMATAN BULUKUMPA, KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is one part of the Higher Education Tri Dharma that must be carried out by the academic community, especially for educators (lecturers). The activity carried out in this service is training on the Utilization of Rubber Seeds as Processed Chips for mothers of rubber plantation workers in Bontomangiri Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency with the aim of increasing their knowledge and income. This activity received support from the village head and the head of the PKK Bontomangiri village so that women are expected to be active in this activity. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that the mothers of rubber plantation workers can utilize materials that were previously waste and are easily obtained to make chips as a delicious snack. These rubber seed chips are not only for personal consumption but can also be sold to supplement the income of working mothers in rubber plantations who are members of the Bulukumba Community UKM.
